III <br /> <br />RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of this <br /> <br />Council of February 7, 1944 be corrected to show that the <br /> <br /> <br />following resolution was then adopted unanimously in lieu <br /> <br />of the motion shown by said minutes to have been unanimously <br /> <br />adopted, to wit: <br /> <br />"RESOLUTION <br /> <br />NO. 105 <br /> <br />"RESOLVED that the CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY anter into an Option-Lease Agreement <br /> <br />with F"~NK GOETZ and MAUD A. GOETZ, his wife, <br />whereby said city shall obtain an option to <br />purchase a portion of Lot 15 of Wooster, Whitton <br /> <br />and Montgomery Subdivision, in accordance with <br /> <br />the map thereof hereto recorded in the office <br /> <br />of the County Recorder of the County of San <br /> <br />Mateo, state of California, for the sum of <br />$2200.00, and that the City Manager be and he <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to execute such an agree- <br /> <br />ment on behalf of this city in accordance with <br /> <br />the terms of the agreement attached hereto." <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held.on the 20th day <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Mar ch <br /> <br />, 1944, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage or the foregoing <br />resolution ~ <br /> <br />Councilmen: C.G.Armstron.g' C.A.Britschgi , lY.W.Hilton I <br /> <br />a.McNulty <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />F'.
