Hospitals: All institutions where the sick or injured are given <br />medical or surgical care: <br /> <br />Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 2009: Forty-Four Dollars <br />and Seventy-Seven Cents ($44.70), plus an additional monthly <br />charge of Three Dollars and Sixty-Seven Cents ($3.67) per one <br />hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or <br />deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand <br />(1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br />7.
