She has managed and written several CEQA and NEPA <br />projects, ranging from categorical exemptions to EIS/EIRs, including managing the <br />subconsultants that brought expertise to each project. <br /> <br />Christina also has previous experience in the preparation of joint NEP A/CEQA documents for <br />transportation projects while working as an environmental planner for Caltrans. At TRA, she has <br />been a major contributor to a variety of public facility projects involving water reclamation, off- <br />highway vehicle recreation areas, and park resources. <br /> <br />Selected Projects <br />· Currently assisting with preparation of an EIS for Stanford University's Habitat <br />Conservation Plan <br />· Currently assisting with projects for the State Department of Parks and Recreation, <br />Division of Off-Highway Vehicles including an EIS/EIR for the Habitat Conservation <br />Plan for OHV parks in San Luis Obispo County, other IS/MNDs for OHV parks, and the <br />review of numerous grant applications for compliance with CEQA. The grants fund a <br />variety of trail projects throughout federal lands in California, and are being reviewed for <br />potentially significant environmental impacts under CEQA because the funding would <br />come from the State. <br />· Currently managing an Initial Study in the City of San Jose for an underground jet fuel <br />pipeline to connect two existing facilities that provide jet fuel to the San Jose Airport. <br />· Managed a number of projects in the City of Pacifica, including a Biofuels and <br />Cogeneration Facility EIR Addendum and an Addendum to an Initial Study that analyzes <br />the effects of providing potable water to a recreation area. She is also managing the <br />preparation of an IS/MND of a sewer installation and replacement within the City of Half <br />Moon Bay. <br />· Assisted with an EIR for a small housing development in Pacifica, California. The <br />development will incorporate many "green" construction practices including grey water <br />reuse, wind, and solar energy. Assisted with preparing an ISIND for a solar panel <br />installation for Alza Corporation in Vacaville. <br />· Major contributor in a number of Initial Studies/Mitigated Negative Declarations, <br />including those for the North Coast County Water District's Water Recycling Storage <br />Tank Project (July 2007), the City of Pacifica Walgreens Project (April 2007), the <br />Sanborn County Park Trails Master Plan (January 2007), the City of Millbrae Water <br />Pollution Control Plant's Flow Equalization Project (August 2006), Stevens Creek <br />Corridor Master Plan and Restoration Program (April 2006). <br />· Principal author of ISINDs for a drainage project at Hollister Hills State Vehicle <br />Recreation Area (SVRA) (2005) and a fence replacement project at Oceano Dunes SVRA <br />(2006). <br />· Previous experience as principal author for the IS/EA, ND/FONSI for the 1-238 <br />Widening Project (2004). This 80 million dollar project will widen 1-238 between 1-580 <br />and 1-880 in San Leandro from four to six lanes.
