building or structure sl~lated upon the hereinafter de- scribed real property to be a public nuisance and does hereby direct the owner to abate said nuisance within thirty (30) days from the passage of this resolution, by having said build- iug razed or removed, and if said building is not so abated by the owner the Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed'to raze or remove said build- ing and that the expenses thereof be made a lien on the lot or parcel of land from which said building or structure is re- moved and which is hereinafter described. The real property referred to herein upon which the building or structure herein- before: mentioned is to be removed, is described as follows, to wit: Lot 4 in Block 27, as shown and delineated on that certain map entitled, ttMap of Eastern Addi tion of Redwood Ci tyft, which was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, state of California, on November 3, 1862, in Book 2 of Miscellaneous Records, at page 85, and copied into Book 1 of Maps, at page 81. Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of April , 1944, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing resolution :- Councilmen:' ANDERSON , ARMSTRONG HILTON , BRITSCHGI , FLETCHER , , McNULTY , GRANGER .
