<br />--- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. ll8-A <br /> <br />APPROVING ORGANIZATION, BY-LAWS AND OFFICERS OF REDWOOD CITY <br />COMMUNITY COUNCIL AND DESIGNATING IT AS A PUBLIC COMMISSION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS Redwood City Community Council has been <br /> <br />organized in this city and By-Laws for the government <br /> <br /> <br />thereof have been adopted, subject to the approval of this <br /> <br />Council, and said matters and others have, been presented <br />for its consideration and approval; <br /> <br />RESOLVED that this Council hereby approve the <br />organization of said Redwood City Community Council as a <br />public commission of this city, and the By-Laws adopted <br /> <br />by it for ita government and proceedings; and also approve <br /> <br /> <br />the membership of a aid Redwood c1 ty Communi ty Council <br /> <br />subject to the admission thereto of other local organiza- <br /> <br />tions and societies; <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that this council approve the <br /> <br />selection of the officers of said Redwood City Community <br /> <br />Council as submitted by its Secretary. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was adopted <br /> <br /> <br />by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a special <br /> <br /> <br />meeting thereof held on the 18th day of April, 1944, by <br /> <br /> <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the adoption of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution: <br /> <br />Councilmen: ANDERSON, ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, <br />FLETC1iE:R:t McNULTY, lITLT'ON.
