MARTIN before the <br /> <br />Railroad Commission of California for a consolidation <br /> <br />of his operative certificates for the operation of bus <br />lines between San Carlos and Palo Alto, California, and <br /> <br />instruc,ted the Ci ty A ttorney to oppose the application <br />,of Greyhound Lines for permission to operate over Middle~ <br />field Road between Redwood City and Dibble Hospital; and <br />WHEREAS' the members of this City Council in- <br />dividually approved the joining of the City Attorney with <br /> <br />other protestants for a re-hearing of the order of said <br /> <br />Railroad Commission authorizing said Greyhound Lines to <br />operate through Redwood City and over Middlefield Road <br />to Dibble Hospital; <br />RESOLVED that said action of said City Attorney <br /> <br />in so joining this city with other protestants in a petition <br /> <br />for a re-hearing of said order, be and the same is hereby <br /> <br />ratified and approved. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 26th day of <br /> <br /> <br />June, 1944, by the following vote:- <br /> <br /> <br />Ayes and in favor of the adoption of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution: <br /> <br />Councilmen: <br /> <br />ANDERSON , <br /> <br />ARMSTRONG, ERITSCHGI, <br />HILTON. <br /> <br />FLETCHER, GRANGER <br /> <br />, MC NULTY <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Noes and against the adoption of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolu ti on:- <br /> <br />Councilmen: <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmen: <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~{d'.~~ <br /> <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />../ <br /> <br />-1- <br />
