FURTHER RESOLVED the t the Clfrk of the Ci ty of , Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to post a notice of said work and improvements, together with plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications, therefor, conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Council of said City of Redwood City inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and making the improvements ordered herein. Said City Clerk is also ordered and directed to publish a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids and referring to the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and speci- fications posted or on file for the period required by law 1n the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation pUblished, printed and circulated daily except Sunday in the City of Redwood City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said City; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said sealed proposals or bids be publicly examined and declared by the Council of said City of Redwood City at the hour or 8:00 o'clock P. M. of Monday, the 21st day of August , 1944, or other date when authorized by the state Dept. of Public Works, and all bids must be filed with the Clerk of the Council of the City o.f Redwood City on or before 3:00 0' clock P. M. of said date, at which time said proposals or bids will be publicly opened.
