DUNCAN on file in the office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, said Council did on said 17th day ot July, 1944, adopt a resolution declaring the building or structure situated on the real property hereinafter described to be a public nuisance and directed the owners to abate said nuisance within thirty (30) days trom the adoption of said resolution, and the description of sa~d property in said resolution in- cludes property other than that upon which said building or structure is situated, and this resolution is intended to more accurately describe the property upon which such build- ing or structure is situated; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Ci ty of Redwood City and said Council does hereby declare the building or structure situated upon the hereinafter described real property to be a public nuisance and does hereby direct the owners, OSCAR E. MEUSSDORFFER, at 487 Hanover street, San Francisco, california, WALDEMAR MEUSSDORFFER and ANNA MEUSSDORFFER, his wife, at 2460 El Camino Real, Redwood City, California, to abate said nuisance within thirty (30) days from the adoption ot this resolution, by having said building razed or removed, and if said building is not 80 abated by said owners, the Building Inspector ot the City of Redwood City 1s hereby ordered and directed to raze or remove said building and that the expenses thereof be made a lien on the lots or parcels of land from which said building or structure 1s removed and which is hereinafter described.
