ORIGINAL <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR BUSINESS LICENSE COMPLIANCE SERVICES <br /> MuniServices, LLC <br /> This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the 9th day of May, 2011, <br /> extending the agreement dated May 9, 2009 (the "Agreement ") by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> ( "City "), and MuniServices, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ( "Consultant ") <br /> (collectively, the "Parties "). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On May 9, 2009 the Parties executed Agreement for Business License <br /> Compliance Services and <br /> B. On May 9, 2010 the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Business License Compliance Services and <br /> C. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of one year; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of one (1) year ending on May 8, 2012. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3.
