AMENDMENT N0.5 TO AMEND AGREEMENT FOR BUSINESS LICENSE <br /> COMPLIANCE SERVICES <br /> MuniServices, LLC � <br /> T ' Amendment No. 5 is entered into and effective as of the I � da of <br /> Y <br /> , 2013, amending the agreement dated May 9, 2009 ( (the <br /> "Agree ent") and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and MuniServices, LLC, a Delaware <br /> limited lia ' y company ("Consultant" or "MuniServices") (collectively, the "Parties") to <br /> add the collection of delinquent business tax services to the existing Agreement. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On May 9, 2009 the Parties executed Agreement for Business License <br /> Compliance Services; and <br /> B. On May 9, 2010 the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Business License Compliance Services; and <br /> C. On May 9, 2011 the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Business License Compliance Services; and <br /> D. On May 9, 2012 the Parties executed Amendment No. 3 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Business License Compliance Services; and <br /> E. Effective May 9, 2013 the Parties executed Amendment No. 4 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Business License Compliance Services; and <br /> F. The Parties now desire to add the Collection of Delinquent Business Tax <br /> Services to the Scope of Work provided under the Agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> amended to add the collection of delinquent business tax services, as described below, <br /> to the Scope of Work. <br /> Scope of Work — Collection of Delinauent Business Tax Services <br /> Collection Process Overview <br /> MuniServices will secure all pertinent codes, ordinances, current department <br /> procedures and regulations pertaining to the collection and enforcement of all programs <br /> developed and implemented under this contract.
