� �. � .� i __ _ . ��IGINJ�L AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT Agreement for Business License Compliance Services (MuniServices, LLC) This Amendment No. 6 is entered into and effective as of the 9th day of May, 2014, extending the agreement dated May 9, 2009 (the "AgreemenY') by and befinreen the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and MuniServices, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). RECITALS A. On May 9, 2009 the Parties executed Agreement for Business License Compliance Services and B. On May 9, 2010 the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Extend the Agreement for Business License Compliance Services and C. On May 9, 2011 the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to Extend the Agreement for Business License Compliance Services and D. On May 9, 2012 the Parties executed Amendment No. 3 to Extend the Agreement for Business License Compliance Services and E. On May 9, 2013 the Parties executed Amendment No. 4 to Extend the Agreement for Business License Compliance Services and F. On May 9, 2013 the Parties executed Amendment No. 5 to add the Collection of Delinquent Business Tax Services to the Scope of Work; G. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of one year; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby extended for a period of one (1) year ending on May 8, 2015. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect.
