. ~ NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL P~OPERTY BY CITY OF REDWOOD CITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEli that the City Couneil of the City of'Redwood City will receive sealed bids for the sale by said city of that certain real property situated in said Oity of Redwood City, County ot San Mateo, state of California, and particularly described as follows: BEGnqNING at the intersection of the southerly line of Broadway with the westerly line of Jefferson Avenue; running thence westerly along said line of Broadway 50 feet; thence at a right angle southerly 100 teet; thence at a right angle easterly 50 feet to said line of Jefferson Avenue; and thence at a right angle northerly along the said line of Jefferson Avenue 100 feet to the point of beginning, together with the improvements! thereon. Seal~d bids or offers to purchase said property for cash shall be deposited with the City Clerk of said city on or before September 16, 1944, at 8:00 o'clock P. M. when all such b1d~ or ofters will be publ1cally opened by said City Council at its; regular meeting at said hour of said day at the Council Chamber in the City Hal~ in said city, and said property will thereupon be sold to the highest and best bidder6 provided an offer of a price satisfactory to said Council is received. The right is reserved to re- ject any and all bids'.
