MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> September 22, 1997 <br /> MO. 97-188 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: September 24, 1997 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Council <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Council discussion of the schedule for the remaining Council meetings <br /> in 1997 (205) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on September 22, 1997. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Claire, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Hartnett <br /> <br />Absent: Buchan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> Council Members agreed not to call a special meeting on September 29, a 5th <br /> Monday, since many of the participants in the Joint session with the Planning <br /> Commission (postponed September 8, 1997) would be unable to attend on that <br /> evening. (205) <br /> <br /> Council Members directed staff to contact all the participants and schedule the <br /> Joint session as early in October as possible. <br /> <br /> CONSENSUS: Mayor Hartnett determined it was the consensus of the <br /> Council that the schedule for the remaining Council meetings listed in the <br /> subject Report will be observed, subject to change, if necessary. <br /> <br />Arlyn~C.
