As of Febru.ary 13, 2009, Task 1 had taken more than 11 months of time and a budget of $83,332, <br />exceeding the estimated budget by $66,166. RMT will be absorbing $10,000 of this cost, so the <br />remaining out of scope costs for Task 1 total $56,166. <br /> <br />The additional time on Task 1 was spent on the following tasks: <br /> <br />Out of Sea e Tasks in Task 1 <br /> <br />Task 1: Project Definition. The extended time and effort required to obtain <br />cOlnplete project information from the applicant, deem the application <br />complete, and complete the project description. This effort included <br />approximately 386 data requests and communication through email <br />messages (70 em ails to Heather Bradley, 197 emails to Sailesh Mehra, 23 <br />emails to the senior City staff team, 90 em ails to John Ward and/or Roland <br />Haga, 6 emails to the City Engineering Division) and an unknown number <br />hone calls with Ci staff and/or the rdect a licant. <br /> <br />Task 1: Additional Peer Review. The need for additional rounds of peer <br />review of successive iterations of the applicant's various technical reports, <br />including project management time for communication and review of <br />technical reports and peer review reports. This amount includes $3,080 for <br />. our biological resources subconsulta.nt, $5,398 for our hydrology staff, and <br />$1,120 for RMT staff ro'ect mana ement. <br /> <br />Task 1 is now considered complete. <br /> <br />Task 2 <br /> <br />Cost <br /> <br />$56,568 <br /> <br />$46,568 <br /> <br />$9,598 <br /> <br />The RMT team is currently working on Task 2 - preparation of the Administrative Draft EIR - and <br />this task is approximately 700/0 complete.
