<br />3. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br />described in Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not-to-exceed Two Hundred <br />Thirty-Eight Thousand dollars ($238,000). Consultant will provide City, on a monthly <br />basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, <br />and related activities and costs for approval by City. <br /> <br />4. All other terms of the Original Agreement as Amended which are not in <br />conflict with the provisions of this Amendment NO.4 shall remain unchanged in full force <br />and effect. I n case of a conflict in the terms of the Original Agreement as Amended and <br />this Amendment No.4, the provisions of this Amendment NO.4 shall control. <br /> <br />5.
