Water Supply Agreement (WSA) and Individual Water Sales Contract with the City <br />and County of San Francisco. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt, by resolution, a reference to San Francisco's California Environmental <br />Quality Act analysis, approval and findings relevant to the process for approval <br />of Water Supply Agreement and Individual Water Contracts. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14947 OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING FINDINGS FOR <br />PURPOSES OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT IN CONNECTION <br />WITH APPROVAL OF A WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY AND <br />COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO <br /> <br />2. Approve, by resolution, the Water Supply Agreement between the City and <br />County of San Francisco and Wholesale Customers in Alameda County, San <br />Mateo County and Santa Clara County, and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute same. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14948 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING WATER <br />SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO <br /> <br />3. Approve, by resolution, the Individual Water Sales Contract between the City of <br />Redwood City and the City and County of San Francisco, and authorize the <br />City Manager to execute same. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14949 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING <br />INDIVIDUAL WATER SALES CONTRACT WITH THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN <br />FRANCISCO <br /> <br />Chu Chang, Director of Community Development made some introductory remarks on the <br />topic. Council posed questions namely around the changes made to the agreement.
