<br />ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council is willing to purchase the real property pursuant to <br />the terms and conditions set forth in said Purchase Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOllOWS: <br />1.
