Be Page '20 16. The child care facility hours of operation are generally between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The school hours are generally between 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with extended hours until 6:00 PM. Earlier arrivals and later departures by staff and students are to be expected and are typical for the proposed uses. Classes shall have staggered start and end times to spread the peak-hour trip generation to and from the site. The applicant shall submit the final schedule to the Zoning Administrator one month prior to the commencement of classes. 17.ln addition to the standard weekday hours, additional hours for occasional weeknight and weekend activities associated with accessory uses of a school (e.g. small student performances and or presentations) are anowed provided that these events can be completely accommodated on-site, with the existing parking provisions. Larger events may require a separate Use Permit re~ew. . 18. Student parking passes shall be required for students who will drive to school and park on the subject property. Passes shall be limited to the available supply established by Woodside Hills Christian Academy and students involved in carpooling shall have priority over students who will drive alone in determining the allocation of parking passes. 19. No long-term on-street parking shall be allowed by students and/or staff associated with this use. 20. In the event that the proposed uses cause detrimental parking and/or traffic impacts to the surrounding neighborhood and/or businesses as determined by the City, or that on-site parking facilities are reduced, the City reserves the right to give additional consideration to the implementation of a Transportation Demand Management (TOM) program. When such a program is determined necessary by the City, the applicant shall have thlrtv (30) calendar davs from the date of such determination to submit a TOM program for review and approval by the Zoning Administrator. 21. Within thirtv (30) calendar davs from the date of this Notice of Official Action, the applicant shall submit detailed plans for the proposed outdoor dining area for break and/or lunchtime use to the Zoning Administrator for review and approval prior to establishment of this outside function. The plans shall include a site plan, elevations of any structures, such as pergolas or trellises, and cut sheets specifying the furniture to be used. The furniture should be commercial grade and property maintained throughout the period of use. 22. Outdoor playground use for the kindergarten through twelfth grade and child care facility uses shall be restricted to two (2) designated areas on the subject property: the area identified as "Permanent Playground" and the outdoor courtyard located between the Church Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall. Please refer to Exhibit 2 attached hereto. 23. The hours of playground use for the kindergarten through twelfth grade and child care facility uses shall generally be limited between the hours of 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and shan occur only in the two (2) approved playground areas (see Exhibit 2). Off..hours use of the playground shall be strictly prohibited and shall remain the responsibility of Woodside Hills Christian Academy and/or Redwood Baptist Church to enforce the use of the approved playground areas through reasonable means available such as secured fencing, lighting, a monitoring schedule, and cooperation with the Redwood City Police Department. 24. Prior to initiating the child care facility, the applicant shall be required to submit a schedule for review and approval by the Zoning Administrator and shall include, but not be limited to, times for all outdoor activities, pick-up and drop.-off times. 25. Within sixtv (60) calendar davs from this No~ice of Official Action, the applicant shall post signs around the playground equipment stating the ~ours of operation and limiting the use thereof to Woodside Hills Christian Academy and/or Redwood Baptist Church.
