Utilities and Infrastructure (Wagstaff and Associates) <br /> <br />The 2007 EIR Public Services, Utilities and Infrastructure chapter will be revised as follows: <br /> <br />· the chapter's "Setting" discussion for all services and infrastructure topics will be updated as <br />necessary for consistency with related new General Plan background reports; <br /> <br />· the subsections describing "Pertinent Plans and Policies" will be updated to include, in <br />addition to pertinent existing public services, utilities and infrastructure policies from the <br />City's current 1990 Strategic General Plan, pertinent anticipated new policies from the new <br />General Plan; and <br /> <br />· the chapter's "Impacts and Mitigation Measuresll findings for all development-capacity linked <br />services, including water, wastewater, police, parks/recreation, school and solid waste <br />service conditions will be revised to reflect the "Moderate Intensitytl scenario only_ <br /> <br />2.8 Noise (Wagstaff and Associates/Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc.) <br /> <br />The 2007 EIR Noise chapter will be revised as follows: <br /> <br />· the "Setting" section will be updated as necessary to incorporate any relevant additional or <br />upd~ted noise measure data from the new General Pian background report on noise; <br /> <br />· the "Pertinent Plans and Policies" will be revised to describe noise-related policies from both <br />the City's current 1990 Strategic General Plan and the new General Plan; <br /> <br />· the "Impacts and Mitigation Measures" section will be updated as necessary to incorporate <br />the noise impact implications of any revised vehicle-miles-traveled (VMT) and roadway <br />operations impact (LOS) findings from the Fehr and Peers traffic analysis update. <br /> <br />2.9 Air Qualitv (Wagstaff and Associates/lllingworlh & Rodkin) Inc.) <br /> <br />The 2007 Air Quality chapter will be revised as follows: <br /> <br />· the "Setting" section will be revised to incorporate any relevant information from the new <br />General Plan background reports and updated criteria pollutant monitoring data from the <br />closest BAAQMD monitoring site at 897 Barron Avenue in Redwood City; <br /> <br />· the "Pertinent Plans and Policies" section will be revised to describe air quality-related <br />policies from both the City's current 1990 Strategic General Plan and the new General Plan; <br /> <br />· the "Impact and MItigation Measures" section will be updated as necessary to incorporate <br />the air emissions impact implications of any revised VMT and LOS findings from the Fehr <br />and Peers traffic analysis update (an updated URBEMIS model run will be conduced <br />incorporating the updated data). <br /> <br />2.10 Climate Chanae (Wagstaff and Associates/Illingworth & Rodkin, Inc.) <br /> <br />A new chapter will be added to the EIR to address the climate change implications, both <br />beneficial and adverse, of the project.
