WHEREAS, Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc., of San Jose, California, <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform <br />the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services — Traffic Study /Environmental Analysis for 709 Woodside Road" (form <br />dated 05/09/01), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc., of San <br />Jose, California, for the performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />14227 <br />Reso -1108 2 <br />Shared/ Redwood/Council <br />FXS:djk <br />05/09/01 <br />
