GOETZ, his "vife, in accordance with <br /> <br />a cont~ract of February 29, 1944 for Communi ty Center and Pal~ks' <br /> <br />Project, said sum to be returned to the Postwar Capital Pro- <br /> <br /> <br />ject$ Fund when the same is available from the sale of the <br /> <br />1944 City Plan bonds; <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that this Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City accept the attached deed of said property from <br />V. <br />said Frank Goetz and Maud A.
