Said motion was un- animously passed and adopted.1f FURTHER RESOLVED that the minutes of said meeting of . January 15, 1945 be corrected to read as follows: "A motion of Councilman Pletcher, seconded by Coun- cilman McNulty that the affidavit of publication of the ordinance described in the next succeeding para- graph l"elating to an investigation proceeding pre- linunary to the adoption of a resolution of inten- tion for the construction of any public improvement, etc., be filed, was unanimously adopted.
