Please make a note opposite the reference to <br />the introduction' of Ordinance No. 515 in the margin of the <br />minutes of January 2nd, and refer to a correction which <br />should be inserted if possible in the minute book at the <br />end of the minutes of that meeting. At that position you <br />should insert a notation that in respect to the introduc- <br />tion of Ordinance No. 515 the foregoing minutes were cor- <br />rected by resolution of the City Council adopted on July <br />16, 1945, the pertinent portion of which reads as follows: <br />"Resolved that the minutes of said meeting of January 2, <br />1945 belf, etc. (copy the quoted paragraph following this <br />part of this resolution.) <br /> <br />Use the same method for the correction of the <br />minutes of January 15th, which are corrected by the next <br />paragraph of the enclosed resolution. <br /> <br />~9ry. truly, <br />( (L /7/ ~J'l4 _.//...~... <br />~~t/.'t7/~~ <br />City Attorney ~ <br /> <br />PAM:m <br />Enclosure <br />
