'''J <br /> <br />11' <br />v'Y <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 222 <br /> <br />ABP..TEMENT OF NUISi-"NCE AT 336 BUC:rml~ STREET <br /> <br />RESOLVEID by the Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the <br /> <br />said City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, <br /> <br />post a notice to abate nuisance upon the re~l property situated <br /> <br />in said. city, County of San Mateo, State of California, and <br /> <br />more particularly designated as: <br /> <br />336 Buckeye street, also kno,vn as Lot 11 <br />in Block 38 of Eastern Addition, <br /> <br />and did send a copy of said notice, so posted, by registered <br /> <br />mail, postage prepaid, to the owners of said real property, as <br />said owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of <br />said City of Redwood City, to wit: John L. and Louise Nevnnan, <br />at 336 Buckeye street, Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance <br />said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix <br />Monday, August 20, 1945, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of <br />said day, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Middle- <br />field Road in said City of Redwood City, as the time and place <br /> <br />when the o\rner of the building situated upon said real property <br /> <br />could appear and be heard and show cause why said building should <br />not be condemned as a public nuisance and said nuisance be abated <br /> <br />by reconstructing or properly repairing said building or struc- <br /> <br />ture, or by razing or removing the same, and <br /> <br />VffiEREAS, said Council did proceed with said hearing <br /> <br />and after considering all objections made and received, does <br /> <br />determine that due and legal notice of said hearing was given <br /> <br />as required by the ordinances of the City of Redwood City as <br /> <br />-1- <br />
