DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the said City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a notice to abate nuisance upon the re~l property situated in said. city, County of San Mateo, State of California, and more particularly designated as: 336 Buckeye street, also kno,vn as Lot 11 in Block 38 of Eastern Addition, and did send a copy of said notice, so posted, by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the owners of said real property, as said owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood City, to wit: John L. and Louise Nevnnan, at 336 Buckeye street, Redwood City, California; and WHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, August 20, 1945, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Middle- field Road in said City of Redwood City, as the time and place when the o\rner of the building situated upon said real property could appear and be heard and show cause why said building should not be condemned as a public nuisance and said nuisance be abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said building or struc- ture, or by razing or removing the same, and VffiEREAS, said Council did proceed with said hearing and after considering all objections made and received, does determine that due and legal notice of said hearing was given as required by the ordinances of the City of Redwood City as -1-
