<br />:> <br />1;'\.i <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N No. 223 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING DEEDS FROM THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY TO PURCHASERS OF PROPERTY ON TAX SALES <br />BY COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the County Tax COllector of San Mateo County, <br /> <br />state of California, has heretofore sold the parcels of real <br /> <br />property herein described for deliquent county taxes assessed <br /> <br />against said parcels, and the City of Redwood City has received <br /> <br />from said County Tax Collector a prorata of the sale prices of <br /> <br />said parcels aggregating the sum of $4028.12 which sum paid in full <br /> <br />in some instances and partially in others delinquent city taxes, <br /> <br />weed taxes, bond for public improvement assessments., and all said <br />1,,<; <br />taxes and assessments under the Improvement Act of i91S' agatnst <br /> <br />said parcels to and including June 30, 1945 have been canceled <br /> <br /> <br />wi th the approval of this Oi ty Council of the (,;i ty of Radw'ood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />RESOLVED that said City of Redwood City convey to the <br /> <br />several purchasers of the respective parcels of land hereinafter <br /> <br />described all interest of said city therein except any claim or <br />llen under the Improvement Act of 1911 and that the Idayor and <br /> <br />Clerk of this city be and they are hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />deeds to such purchasers for and on behalf of said city. <br /> <br />The property herein referred to is situated in the City <br /> <br /> <br />of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California and is <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Northeasterly quarter of Lt. 5 in Block 11 Oe.k <br />Knoll Manor <br /> <br />Lots 17 to 20 in Block 2, Resubdivision of Lot <br />16, Wooster-Whitton & Montgomery Subdivision. <br /> <br />Lots 7-8-9-10 in Block 14, Range B- lVlezl,ville. <br /> <br />1. <br />
