<br />,~'V,f <br />RESOLUTION NO.224 <br /> <br />ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL FUND ENTITLED <br />"EQUIPIvIENT REPLACEMENT FUND" J_ <br />AND APPROPRIATING $11500 THERETO. FOR THE YEAR 1945-~ <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City that the sum of $L500.00 in the budget of said City for the <br /> <br />fiscal year 1945-46 be, and it is hereby appropriated to a special <br /> <br />fund entitled tfEquipment Replacement Fund" which 5_s hel"aeby es- <br /> <br />tablished for the purpose of accUIDQlating money for replacement <br /> <br />of equipment of said City, including but not limited to motor <br /> <br />vehicles for Police and Fire Departments, Street, Water and <br /> <br />Sewer Departments, machinery and equipment for Corporation Yard, <br /> <br />office equipment, furnishings and fUlniture, and other capital <br /> <br />items of similar character; that said fund be used exel.usively <br /> <br />for the purposes indicated herein and that none of the funds <br /> <br />therein be used for current expenses of the operation of said <br /> <br />City government; <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOEVEID that said fund be maintained from <br /> <br />year to year hereafter, supplemented from year to year, or within <br /> <br />a year with such additio~al funds as may be appropriated thereto, <br /> <br />and that disbursement from said fund be made exclusively for <br /> <br />the acquisition of new equipment and to replace outworn or <br /> <br />1. <br />
