v~ RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 22' DEDICATION OB' AN EXTENSION O~ POPLAR AVENUE AS A PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City owns the real property property hereinafter described and intends to dedicate said prop- erty to permanent public use as a street of said city: RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redwood City dedicate said real property hereinafter described, and the same is hereby dedicated for permanent public use as a street of said City of Redwood City, and that a copy of this resolution duly certified by the Clerk of this Council, be recorded in the .w. office of the County Recorder of the County of San ateo, state of California. Said propeI'ty is situated in said Oi tyof Redwood (,;i ty and is particularly described as follows: BEGIlnTING at a point on the Southwesterly line of Ebener Street distant thereon 245 feet Southeasterly from the Southeasterly line of Redwood Avenue; running thence Southwesterly and parallel with said line of Redwood Avenue 290.59 feet more or less to the North- easterly line of Hudson Street; thence Southeasterly along said line of Hudson Street 50 feet; thence at a right angle Northeasterly and parallel with said line of Redwood Avenue 290.59 feet more or less to said line of Ebener Street; thence Northwesterly along said line of Ebener Street 50 feet to the point of beginning, being a portion of Lot 51 as shown on a map entitled "Map of Reese Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm" filed in the office of the County Recorder of saId county and state on March 22, 1905 in Book "B" at Page 5 and all of lots 8 and 9 of Block I as ~ shown on a map en ti tIed ttIvIap of Redwood Oaks San lVla tea COl.mty, California.
