<br />'::--". ~~-_...:'t>li'_} <br /> <br />;~.--,._...,,~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />227 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY FOR DELINQUENT TAXES AND ASSESS- <br />MENTS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, AND DIRECTING PUB- <br />LICATION' OF NOTICE OF ~. <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of Redwood City has heretofore become <br /> <br />the owner.of the real property hereinafter described, which was <br /> <br />sold for taxes and delinquent improvement assessments, and deeds <br /> <br />conveying all of said real property to said City have been re- <br />corded, and this City Council deems it advisable that said <br />property, and each and all of the various p~rcels thereof, be <br />sold in the manner hereafter stated, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said City Council has determined that the <br />minimum amount for which each of said parcels of land shall be <br />sold is the amount set opposite the description of each of the <br /> <br />parcels hereinafter described; <br />RESOLVED, that said real property and each and every <br />parcel thereof be sold for at least the minimum amount set op- <br />posite the description of each parcel; that said property be <br />sold at private sale by the City Collector on and after the <br />28th day of September, 1945, in the office of said City Collec- <br />tor, in the City Hall in this City, upon wri,tten bids or offers, <br />each of which shall be accompanied by a deposit of at least Ten <br />(10%) per cent of the offered p~hase price, subject to the right <br />of said City to reject any and all offers: <br />Said property is situated in the City of Redwood City, <br />County of San Mateo, state of California, and particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br />
