together with the ~mprovements.thereon, to said ALBERT ICHELSON and W. E. AYER, and does hereby authorize a deed conveying title to said property to said purchasers, or any nominee or nominees of said purchasers, upon the payment by said grantees or any nominee on or before February 28th, 1946, of the balance of the purchase price, to wit: Twenty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty ($24,750.00) Dollars, in addition to the sum of Two Thousand Seven Hundred F1ifty ($2,750.00) Dollars paid by said purchasers to said City at the time of the award of said property to them; provided that an additional sum of Eleven Thousand One Hundred Twenty Five ($11,125.00) Dollars be paid on or before September 17th, 1945; FURTHER RESOLVEID' that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute such deed upon receipt of the balance of said purchase price. FURTHER RESOLVED that possession of said property be delivered to said purchasers or their nominee on February 28th, 1946, and not before said date, all in accordance with the terms of sale as stated at the time of the acceptance of bids for said property.
