<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD <br /> <br />Julv 13. 2009 <br />RDA MO 09-12 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: July 14, 2009 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Agreement with Wagstaff and Associates for Environmental <br />Consulting Services for the Downtown Precise Plan - City <br />Council/RedevelolJment Aaencv Board. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 C (405) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 22, 2009. <br /> <br />Present: Agency Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Ira, Pierce, Vice Chair Howard and <br />Mayor Foust <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to (1) approve an agreement in the amount of $178,826 for <br />environmental consulting services with Wagstaff and Associates for preparation <br />of a new Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Downtown Precise Plan. <br />Authorize the City Manager to increase the agreement amount by up to 100/0 <br />($17,883) as a contin ency in the event that additional funds are required; and <br />(2) contingent on a proval of the FY 2009-2010 Redevelopment Agency <br />budget, app ve a budget amendment to the FY 2009-2010 Redevelopment <br />Agency dget, by transferring $150,000 from the Critical Pioneering <br />elop ent fund to the Downtown Precise Plan project. <br />! <br /> <br /> <br />IC roll call vote by all those present. <br />
