CITY TO PURCHASERS OF PROPERTY AT DELINQU- <br />ENT TAX SALES'IvIADE BY COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, RALPH C. MacARTHUR, as Tax Collector of San <br /> <br />Mateo County, state of California, has heretofore sold the parcels <br />of real property hereinafter described, to the persons whose <br /> <br />names are set opposite each parcel, and the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />has received, as its pro rata of the sale~ price of such parcels, <br /> <br /> <br />the amount set opposite each such parcel in satisfaction of this <br /> <br />City's liens for taxes and assessments thereon, and has canceled <br />all taxes and assessments under the Improvement Act of 1915 again~ <br />said Iroperty to and including June 30th, 1945, with the approval <br /> <br />of this City Council~ <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, that said Council, in consideration of the receipt by <br /> <br />said City of such amounts, as aforesaid, does hereby authorize <br /> <br />the execution of a quitclaim deed from said City to the respec- <br /> <br /> <br />tive purchasers of such parcels of real property of all interest <br /> <br />of said City therein except any claim or lien under the Improve- <br /> <br /> <br />ment Act of 1911, and directs the Mayor and the City Clerk to <br /> <br />execute such deeds for and on behalf of said City. <br />The property referred to is situated in the City of <br />Redwood City, State of California, and particularly described <br />as follows: <br />
