<br />'V '') <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N No. t 3b <br /> <br />MODIFICATION OF' CGNTRACT POR SERVICES OF EN- <br />GINEER FOR SEWA,GE DISPOSAL AND TREAT1'lENT PIJi.NT <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />a modification of the contract of March 5, 1945, for the services <br /> <br />of W. G. FROST, a licensed Engineer of said city, be and the same <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and approved to provide that said Engineer <br /> <br />shall render all services in the preparation of the complete <br /> <br />for the construction of such project and that his compensation <br /> <br /> <br />for such services be fixed at three (3%) per cent of the contract <br /> <br />price therefor, all in accordance with a written contract approved <br />by this Council; that said contract be executed by the Mayor and <br /> <br />City Clerk on behalf of this City. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and <br />adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 15th day of uctober, 1945, by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />AYES and in favor of the passage and adoption of the <br /> <br />foregoing resolution: Councilmen: <br /> <br />ANDERSON, ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />FLETCHER, GRANGER, Mc~ULTY, m d IVfili YOR HILTON <br /> <br />NOES and against the paBsage and adoption of the fore- <br /> <br />going resolution: Councilmen: NONE <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmen: <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />",' <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~~ <br /> <br />LPH S.
