Define and implement enhancements to Water-Saving Programs (WSP). These include <br />more detailed management of WSP data and improvements to the user interfaces. <br /> <br />2. Continue to provide ongoing maintenance, ad hoc enhancements, support, and project <br />management of WAP Stage 12 through December 31, 2009. <br /> <br />3. Implement changes as required to support budget-based billing for residential customers. <br />
