<br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />MOSQUITO ABATEMENT SERVICES <br /> <br />The SAN MATEO COUNTY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT AND VECTOR CONTROL DISTICT, <br />("District") and the City of Redwood City, ('10wner") agree to amend the Agreement entered into and <br />effective as of the 9th day of July, 2010, for Mosquito Abatement Services. <br /> <br />1. The District and Owner agree to extended abatement services to the Owner's problem site <br />amended to include approximately 200 acres in Redwood Shores, adjacent to the area known as <br />Area "H" by the Owner, on a one-time basis. Said additional abatement services are required as <br />a result of the City's placement of dredged spoils from Redwood Shores lagoon to prevent <br />mosquito breeding. <br />:,:",. <br /> <br />2. Owner shall reimburse the District man-hours and materials costs not to exceed $55,000 for all <br />work associated with those services described in the original Agreement and the amendment. <br /> <br />3. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />4.
