<br />b. This Agreement integrates all of the terms and <br />conditions mentioned herein or incidental hereto, and supersedes <br />all negotiations or previous agreements between and/or among the <br />Parties with respect to all or any part of the Property and the <br />development thereof. <br /> <br />c. This Agreement shall continue in full force and <br />effect until issuance of the Certificate of Completion for the <br />Property. <br /> <br />d. All waivers of the provisions of this Agreement and <br />all amendments hereto must be in writing and signed by the <br />appropriate authorities of the Parties. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VIII <br /> <br />TIME FOR ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT BY AGENCY AND RECORDATION <br /> <br />Section 8.01. Execution and Recordation. <br /> <br />a. Following its execution by Participant and prompt <br />delivery thereafter to the Agency and the City, this Agreement must <br />be approved, executed and delivered by the Agency and the City to <br />Participant in order to be effective or enforceable against the <br />Agency and/or the City. The date of this Agreement shall be the <br />date when the Agreement is approved by the Agency and the City. <br /> <br />b.
