<br />(2) Declarant agrees to permit access to his records of <br />employment, employment advertisements, application forms, and other <br />pertinent data and records by the State Fair Employment Practices <br />Commission, or any other agency of the State of California <br />designated by the awarding authority, for the purposes of <br />investigation to ascertain compliance wi th the Fair Employment <br />Practices section of this contract. <br /> <br />(i) Nondiscrimination Based on Disability. Declarant <br />hereby agrees that it will, to the extent not otherwise exempt, <br />comply with the provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act <br />of 1973, as amended, providing equal access and reasonable <br />accommodations in employment programs and services to persons who <br />are disabled. <br /> <br />(j) Interest of Public Officials. No members, officers, <br />employees, or agents of the City of Redwood City, no member of the <br />City Council and no other public official who exercises any <br />function or responsibility with respect to this Agreement during <br />his or her tenure, or for one (1) year thereafter, shall have any <br />interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or a related <br />subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. Declarant shall incorporate <br />in all subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibiting such <br />interest. <br /> <br />(k) Religious Activity Prohibited. Declarant covenants <br />that there will be no religious worship, instruction, or <br />proselytizing as part of, or in connection with, the performance of <br />the Agreement. <br /> <br />(I) Uniform Administration Requirements. Declarant shall <br />comply with the requirements and standards of the HOME Investment <br />Partnership Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for <br />Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 attachments A, B, C, <br />F, H, N, and 0 and all other federal, state, and local laws, <br />regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br />(m) All of the foregoing covenants shall run with the <br />land, and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the <br />Agency, and its successors and assigns. <br /> <br />(n) The covenants set forth in this Declaration shall <br />run in favor of the Agency for the entire period during which such <br />covenants are to remain in force in accordance with the foregoing, <br />and shall be in effect without regard to whether the Agency has at <br />any time been, remains, or is an owner of any land or interest <br />therein to which these covenants relate.
