<br />with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Declaration of <br />Affordability Covenants and the Declaration of Redevelopment <br />Covenants (collectively, the ~Declarations") recorded against the <br />Property as set forth in the Agreement. Said Agreement is an <br />official record of the Agency and a copy of said Agreement may be <br />inspected in the office of ,the Secretary of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City located at 1017 Middlefield <br />Road, Redwood City, California 94063, during regular business <br />hours. <br /> <br />Section 3. Notwithstanding any language contained in <br />this Certificate of Completion to the contrary, the issuance or <br />recordation of this Certificate of Completion, unless otherwise <br />specified, shall have no effect on the provisions of the <br />Declarations, including, without limitation, the various covenants <br />set forth therein. <br /> <br />Section 4.
