<br />shall be assumed upon City's approval of said plans, drawings and <br />documents. The development plans, construction drawings and <br />related documents shall be submitted in two stages -- preliminary <br />and final drawings ( i . e. , working drawings) , plans and <br />specifications. Final drawings, plans and specifications are <br />hereby defined as those which contain sufficient detail necessary <br />to obtain a building permi t from the Ci ty. Any such items <br />submitted to and approved in writing by the Agency shall not be <br />subj ect to subsequent disapproval by the Agency, and any such <br />Agency approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br /> <br />g. During the preparation of all drawings and plans for <br />the Proj ect, Agency and Ci ty staff and Participant shall hold <br />regular progress meetings to coordinate the preparation by <br />Participant, and the submission to and review by the City and the <br />Agency of construction plans and related documents. Agency and <br />City staff and Participant shall communicate and consult informally <br />as frequently as is necessary to ensure that any such plans and <br />related documents submitted by Participant to the City and the <br />Agency can receive prompt and speedy consideration. <br /> <br />h. The Agency has approved the building exterior and <br />design of the Proj ect. The Agency shall have the right of <br />reasonable architectural review and approval of any material change <br />to building exteriors and design of the Project pursuant to <br />paragraph j of this Section 3.01, below. The Agency shall also <br />have the right to review all plans, drawings and related documents <br />pertinent to the development of the Project in order to ensure that <br />they are consistent with this Agreement and with the Scope of <br />Development. <br /> <br />i. Participant shall timely submit to the City for its <br />review and approval any and all plans, drawings and related <br />documents pertinent to the development of the Project, as required <br />by the City. <br /> <br />j. If participant desires to make any change in the <br />final construction drawings, plans and specifications and related <br />documents after their approval by the Agency and/ or the Ci ty, <br />Participant shall submit the proposed change in writing to the <br />Agency and the City for approval. The Agency and/or the City shall <br />notify Participant of approval or disapproval thereof in writing <br />within thirty (30) days after submission to the Agency and/or City. <br />This thirty (30)-day period may be extended by mutual consent of <br />the Parties. Any such change shall, in any event, be deemed to be <br />approved by the Agency and/or the City unless rejected, in whole or <br />in part, by written notice thereof submitted by the Agency and/or <br />the Ci ty to Participant, setting forth in detail the reasons <br />therefor, and such rejection shall be made within said thirty (30)- <br />day period unless extended as permitted herein. <br /> <br />8 <br />
