These restrictions may limit the rental of the <br />Restricted Units to an amount which is less than the fair rental value of the <br />Restricted Units. These restrictions limit the income of persons and households who <br />are permitted to rent the Restricted Units. <br /> <br />Title of Document Containing Affordable House Restrictions: <br /> <br />Declaration of Affordability Covenants (referred to in this Notice as the "Affordable <br /> <br />Housing Restrictions"). <br /> <br />The Affordable Housing Restrictions are recorded concurrently with this Notice, <br /> <br />official records of the County of San Mateo, State of California. <br /> <br />Parties to Affordable Housing Restrictions: <br /> <br />Redwood City Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency"); and <br /> <br />Mental Health Association of San Mateo County ("Owner"). <br />
