<br />AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING RESOLUTION REINSTATING <br />ORIGINAL SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR FIRE:MEN <br />AND POLICE PATROLMEN UNDER THE PERSONNEL <br />SYSTEM OF THIS CITY <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO ) <br /> <br />E. W. BLOM, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: <br /> <br /> <br />That he is now and was during all the times herein men- <br /> <br />tioned the city manager of the City of Redwood City, County of San <br />Mateo, State of California; <br />That the City Council o~ said City, on the 4th day of <br /> <br />February, at a regular meeting thereof, introduced a resolution <br />entitled "Resolution No____ Reinstating Original Special Qualifi- <br />cations for Firemen and Police Patrolmen under the Personnel~ <br /> <br />System of this Citylt; <br />That as such city manager and as the personnel officer <br /> <br />of said city, he duly posted on the bulletin board of the personnel <br />officer, in the City Hall, a true and correct copy of said resolution; <br />that said resolution was posted for five (5) days prior to the <br />date set for its passage and adoption, to-wit: February 13th; that <br /> <br />said resolution was kept posted on February 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, <br /> <br /> <br />17th, and up until the hour of 8 o'clock p.m. of February 18th <br /> <br /> <br />which was the date fixed for its passage and adoption by said City <br /> <br />Council; <br /> <br />That said resolution was duly adopted by said City <br />Council on the 18th day of February; that said resolution was given <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2?2; that a true and correct copy thereof is now <br /> <br />on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk/017thiS City. <br /> <br />;(cU~ <br /> <br />. -"" <br /> <br />City Manager of the City of Redwood <br />City <br /> <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me <br /> <br />th~ daY/h:~L~;t?1946 <br /> <br />tOTARY puBff;' ~;:<-;:~~']li~ <br />County of San Mateo, state of Californiao <br />
