Specifically, the HRAC <br />requested a peer review of the historic significance of 425 Broadway, the "Warnecke Fountains" <br />and Ampex sign. <br /> <br />This scope does not include evaluation for potential impacts. For CEQA purposes, potential <br />impacts will need to be assessed for all potential historic resources. It is also assumed that 2 <br />meetings will be necessary, either in-house and/or as public meetings. The following tasks <br />include time allowance for brief communications. Extensive conference calls or additional <br />meeting will be calculated at the principal rate. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Tasks Estimated Time Estimated Fee <br />.
