<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 0.303 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM TEE <br />CITY OP REDWOOD CITY TO JOSEPH DeLEMOS AND,WIFE <br />AS JOINT TENANTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ralph C. MacArthur, as Tax Collector of the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, heretofore sold the re.al <br /> <br />property hereinafter des,cribed for delinquent taxes of the County <br /> <br /> <br />of San Mateo, and the City of Redwood City has received full <br /> <br />satisfaction of its lien for taxes and assessments against said <br /> <br />property prior to the fiscal year 1945-46; <br />RESLOVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br />City that in consideration of the sum of $143.74 received on <br />February 15, 1945 from the County of San Mateo as this City's pro <br /> <br />rata of said sale price and the cancellation of all taxes and <br /> <br />assessments which were then a lien against the property herein <br />after described, aggregating $143.74, said Council does hereby <br />authorize the execution of a quitclaim deed from this City to <br /> <br />JOSEPH DeLEMOS and KATHERINE DeLEMOS, his wife, as Joint Tenants <br /> <br />of that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood <br />City, County of San Mateo, state of California, particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 6 in Block 43 of Central Park No.2 as <br />shown and delineated on that certain map en- <br />titled uMap No.2 of Central Park Redwood <br />City San Mateo CountyU filed in the office <br />of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, <br />State of California on the 20th day of July, <br />1912 in Book 8. of Maps a t pages 15 'and 16., <br /> <br />excepting for any claim or lien 'against said property under the <br /> <br />improvement Act of 1911 . <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk of this City <br /> <br />be and they are hereby authorized to execute such deed for and on <br />. ~ <br /> <br />behalf of this City. <br />
