As a former vice-principal at Sequoia High School, I had the wonderful <br /> experier�ce of fivirg in that chsnging part af the�edwoad City community. Mar�y af our s#udents came <br /> from homes and apar�ments in the area, but there is a need for more newer family housing to attrac#more <br /> families. This wiil help to support the schools in the area and make the area more presentable near the school. l <br /> also noticed fihat many of the shops and retaif stores in the area had been changing hands, and in the past few <br /> years there has been an honest effort on the part of the city to improve the businesses and ciient trafic. l expect <br /> that a large number af new homes would be just the#ype o#boost that would help#hese efforts and schools as <br /> weli.
