<br /> Finger Ave. Access fia this section should require an open right-ofi-away in keeping with the
<br /> neighborhaod. This elitist development is asking for other exceptions and set backs. if they want
<br /> those exceptions,they ha�e�to give up the gated rigf�f-a-way or reduce the number of homes,
<br /> sidewalks, restricted roadway and encroachment on Cordil�eras Creek.
<br /> If your planning commission has ever wa�ked this neighbarhood,they wilt see this a beautiful area to
<br /> walk from north to south -Finger Ave all the way Jefferson passing through Crescent Park& M#.
<br /> Carmel and bounded from west to east,the Alemeda to ECR. This is an area of mixed homes, ne`nr ar�d
<br /> craftsman, that should be admired�or its architecture and ambience.
