6.1 C <br /> Page 8 <br /> 4j PERFQRMANCE REQU1REiUlENTS <br /> A� Performance Space <br /> A space measuring approximately 130' x 130' is required �or the set-up of <br /> the tent. Additional space is required for the living quarters for the <br /> Performers and their animals. This space should be free and clear of all <br /> obstacles. Agency w�l� no#ify Performers of any underground obstacles <br /> �such as water pipes, electrical or gas lines) prior fio #he set-up of#he #ent. <br /> B) Power <br /> 220 singfe-phase 15a amp electrical service is required for use by the <br /> Performer for the lighting, sound, and electricity for #he c�rcus #ent and for <br /> the Performer's living quarters. <br /> 5) MISCELLANEDUS <br /> A) Se#-up Assistance � <br /> The Agency wil! provide Three to Five able-bodied persons to assist with <br /> the installafion and teardown of the tent and bleachers. Time of set-up <br /> and teardown will be determined by Performers. Tent installation is <br /> approxima#ely 8 hours, tent remaval is approximately 8 hours and <br /> bleacher assembly is approximately 6 hours. <br /> B) Accommodatians <br /> Up to three {3) motei rooms are required to be provided by the Agency on <br /> October 12, through Qctober 25t''. PerFormers must notify Agency in <br /> writing of any cancella#ions no later than one t1) month prior to <br /> performance date. <br /> C) Ushers, Ticke#-takers, Concessions <br /> The Agency will provide ushers, ticket takers and people to seli tickets at <br /> the door during all performances.
