Additiona.l meetings will be <br /> charged as an a.d.ditional service on a time and rnaterials basis. <br /> Major revisions to work or drawings that are substantiaily complete, provided such <br /> revisions are not caused by the actions of BKF are excluded. <br /> Geotechnical Engineering beyond t1�.ose services specifically inciuded. in this proposal, <br /> utility potholing,and environmen#at reviews are excluded frorn this Scope of Serv.ices. <br /> The City will provide the Init:'tal 5tudies for CEQA documents and any other requir�d <br /> �nvironsrnen±�,l cleara�ce. BKF will provide necessary gro�ec± desca�ptio�s or exh�bir� for <br /> environmenta.l studies as needed on a time and mat�rials basis as an additional service. <br /> Lan�iscape plans and vegetation restoration plantzng pians are exciuded. <br /> Locating property lines, right-of-way, or easement areas are excluded. Land and easemen� <br /> acquisition services are excluded from this scope of services. <br /> Permit coordinatian and costs including California Water Qualzty Control Board, <br /> California Depa,riment of Fish and Game and United States Army Corps of Engineers. <br /> Modifications to outfalls are excluded from this scope. If we find that outfalls require <br /> modification duri.n.g our deszgn,we can provide a prvposal for�hose additional services. <br /> Levee crest elevation certifica.tion is excluded. We assume ENGE4 or otl�ers will be <br /> �esponszble for the certification at a later date. <br /> Construction stak.�ng and geotechnical serviees during construction a�e not included. A <br /> pr.oposal for this work can be provided at a latex da�e once plans have been created. <br /> Repraduction and distribution of bid documents will be done by the City. <br /> Any service�not specificaily included in�he Scope of Services are excluded. <br /> Zdentification of FAA requirements is excluded.
