Draeger + Jerome Svigais • Barbara Valley BACKGR�UND The recruitment process for the above men�ioned seats ran from May 1, 2D�9 to June �6, 2�09. The applications were ava��able online and staff conducted an outreach campaign v�a the enews lis�, the website and announcements were made available at a majority of public buildings. Appiicanfis from prior recruitments, who had shown an in#e�est �n these bodies, were contac�ed to reapply ta the vacancies. The group interviews were conducted on Juiy 27, 2009 and August 3, 2009. From fihe time of recruitment to the interview sessions some applicanfis withdrew their interest to senre. For this reason tf�e list of applicants in�erviewed is shor�er than the original iist of applicants.
