<br />EXHIBIT "BIf <br /> <br />SCOPE OF DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />1. General Scope of Development <br /> <br />The Property shall be developed as a <br />affordable supportive housing project, with fifteen <br />apartment units, including one (1) manager's unit <br />amenities, which will include, without limitation: <br /> <br />multi-unit <br />(15) rental <br />and other <br /> <br />The complex will constructed as a wood frame building <br />consisting of two (2) stories constructed around a courtyard. <br />Fourteen (14) of the rental uni ts shall be studio apartments <br />consisting of four hundred fifty (450) square feet each; the one <br />(1) unit reserved for an on-site manager shall be a one (1)-bedroom <br />apartment consisting of six hundred (600) square feet. The project <br />shall have six (6) studio units on the ground floor. The remaining <br />eight (8) studio units and the manager's unit shall be located on <br />the second floor. The site area is approximately twelve thousand, <br />eight hundred seventy-five (12,875) square feet and the building <br />footprint is approximately eight thousand, eight hundred ten <br />(8,810) square feet. The site shall have eight (8) on-site parking <br />spaces. <br /> <br />Structures on the Property shall generally be located as <br />shown on the Site Map in Exhibi t "A. If The Property wi 11 be <br />developed in accordance with this Agreement, but subject to the <br />requirements of the zoning ordinances of the City and any variances <br />or modifications therefrom as approved by the City. <br /> <br />2.
