<br />selection of low income owners to purchase the dwelling to be built
<br />on the Property.
<br />
<br />(2) Compliance of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
<br />of 1973, as amended, requires that all benefits, aids and services
<br />are made available to persons with disabilities on an equivalent
<br />basis with those received by non-disabled persons. Declarant shall
<br />agree to be in compliance with Section 504 requirements by
<br />developing a plan for compliance to be submitted to the Section 504
<br />Coordinator as soon as possible but not later than by the close of
<br />escrow for the acquisition of the Property. Certain units within
<br />the Project shall be constructed to comply with Section 504 of the
<br />Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as set forth in the Scope of
<br />Development.
<br />
<br />(g) Affirmative Action. Declarant certifies that it is
<br />in compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements of
<br />Executive Order No 11246, as amended by Executive Order No 1375,
<br />Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the California Fair
<br />Employment Practices Act and any other federal or state laws
<br />pertaining to equal employment opportunity, and that it will not
<br />discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment or
<br />opportunity to purchase the dwelling to be built on the Property on
<br />the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex,
<br />age, physical or mental disability, marital status, sexual
<br />preference, or poli tical affiliation in matters pertaining to
<br />occupancy, hiring, training, upgrading, transfers, compensation or
<br />termination.

<br />(h) Fair Employment Practices
<br />
<br />(1) Declarant agrees to not discriminate against any
<br />employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion,
<br />color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental
<br />disability, marital status, sexual preference, or political
<br />affiliation. Declarant agrees to take affirmative action to ensure
<br />that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during
<br />employment, without regard to their race, religion, color, national
<br />origin, ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, marital
<br />status, sexual preference, or political affiliation. Such action
<br />shall include, but not be limited to the following: employment,
<br />upgrading, demotion or transfers; recruitment or recruitment
<br />advertising; layoff or termination; rates of payor other forms of
<br />compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship.
<br />Declarant agrees to post in conspicuous places, available to
<br />employees and applicants for employment, notices to be provided by
<br />the City of Redwood City setting forth the provisions of this Fair
<br />Employment Practices section.
