Title No. 08-9570749-8D Locate No. CAFNT0941-0941-0051-0009570749 LEGAL DESCRIPTION EXHIBIT "A" THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED THE CnY OF REDWOOD CnY, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Parcel One: BEGINNING at a point where the Southerly .Iine of Cedar Street intersects with the Easterly line of Lathrop Street, being the Northwest corner of Block 5, Hancock's Addition, Redwood City; thence running in an Easterly direction on along the Southerly line of Cedar Street, 50 feet; thence at right angles in a Southerly direction about 103 feet to the Northerly line of Lot 8 in said Block; thence at right angles in a Westerly direction along the Northerly line of Lot 8, 50 feet to the Easterly line of Lathrop Street; thence in a Northerly direction along the said Easterly line of Lathrop Street to the point of beginning. Being the Westerly 50 feet, front and rear measurements, fronting on Cedar Street, of Lots 6 and 7 in Block 5, as shown on that certain Map entitled "HANCOCK'S ADDmON TO REDWOOD CnY", filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on February 21, 1862, in Book "E" of Maps at Page 43 and copied into Book 1 of Maps at Page 80. Parcel Two: A portion of Lots 6 and 7 in said Block 5, as shown on that certain Map entitled, HANCOCK'S ADDmON TO REDWOOD CITY", filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on February 21, 1862, in Book "E" of Maps at Page 43 and copied into Book 1 of Maps at Page 80, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street, distant thereon 50 feet Northeasterly from the point of intersection thereof with the Northeasterly line of Lathrop Street, as said streets appear on the map above referred to, said point being also the most Northerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Christian Petersen, et aI., to P.E. Peterson, by Deed dated May 27, 1893 and recorded May 31, 1893 in Book 65 of Deeds at Page 369, Records of San Mateo County, California; thence Southeasterly, parallel with the Northeasterly line of Lathrop Street, on and along the Northeasterly boundary line of said lands conveyed to Peterson, 103 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly boundary line of Lot 7 as said lot appears on the above mentioned map; thence Northeasterly, on and along the said Southeasterly boundary line of Lot 7, 75 feet to the most Easterly corner thereof; thence Northwesterly, on and along the Northeasterly boundary lines of Lots 6 and 7, 103 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street; thence Southeasterly, on and along said Southeasterly line, 75 feet to the point of beginning.
